Supertech unveils residential towers in Sector 118, Noida

Supertech, a leading real estate developer, has announced the launch of The Romano — a residential complex based on a Roman theme — in Sector 118, Noida.

Spread over 17.5 acres, The Romano comprises 18 towers with 1,800 fully furnished luxurious apartments in two BHK, three BHK and four BHK options set amidst a landscaped garden. The area of these units will range from 1,020 sq ft to 2,170 sq ft, and are priced at Rs 4,350 per sq ft. The total investment of the project, according to the company, is Rs 1,350 crore.
