Plot at Yamuna Expressway to be a costly affair now

Noida: Buying a piece of land at the Yamuna Expressway will now be a costly affair as the authority is planning to raise allotment value of the plots by 15 to 20 percent. 

The proposed plan to raise the allotment value will be presented in upcoming budget board meeting. If passed, the new rates will be applicable from April 1.

The Yamuna Expressway authority is likely to raise the compensation rates given to the farmers by 8 percent in April.
