Yamuna expressway could soon launch a new township spread over 300 acres. The township is proposed to be developed by a realty firm Gaursons which will invest Rs 5,000 crore over the next four years in the project. The Ghaziabad company has bought land from theJaypee Group on the expressway in Greater Noida at a cost of around Rs 1,700 crore.
The land parcel is situated close to Jaypee Group's F1 track, sources said. The Jaypee group has also announced launch of a new township, 'Gaur Yamuna City'.
